How booking works
Booking is designed for quick online reservations without phone calls. Below is the typical flow from slot selection to your flight.
1. Choose a slot and flight type
On the homepage or product page, pick an available slot. You will see availability, price, and experience type.
2. Enter details and consents
Provide name, email, phone, and party size. Confirm agreement to terms and privacy policy before payment.
3. Pay by card in EUR
Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout. After successful payment, your booking is confirmed and the slot is reserved.
4. Receive email confirmation
Confirmation includes your order number, slot time, and practical information. Our team receives an internal notification.
5. Arrive at Letňany on time
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before start. Exact instructions are in your confirmation email.
6. Weather and operations
Flights operate in suitable weather. If a slot is cancelled for operational or weather reasons, we will contact you.
