If we cannot perform the flight due to weather, safety, technical, or other operational reasons on our side, we will normally offer an alternative date. If you cannot use that date or we cannot agree on another one, we will refund the amount you paid for the service not provided.

Is the flight suitable for children?+
Participation is possible from age 12 (minors follow the accompaniment and guardian-consent rules in the Terms). Every participant must occupy their own seat. Participants aged 17 and over may have the opportunity to try flying the aircraft under the instructor's supervision, subject to flight conditions and the instructor's safety decision.
