We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot. After booking you will receive confirmation with practical instructions.

If we cannot perform the flight due to weather, safety, technical, or other operational reasons on our side, we will normally offer an alternative date. If you cannot use that date or we cannot agree on another one, we will refund the amount you paid for the service not provided.

Choose your party size first — we then offer a suitable aircraft from the fleet (from two-seaters to larger types). The exact aircraft and limits appear for your selected slot and in your confirmation.

The minimum age for participants is 12, unless a product explicitly states otherwise. Every participant must occupy their own seat. For minors, the accompaniment and legal-guardian consent rules in the Terms apply.

We fly from Prague Letňany airport. Arrival instructions are sent in your confirmation email after payment.

Payment is online by card in EUR via Stripe Checkout. After successful payment, your booking is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email.

Your reserved date and time are binding. More than 72 hours before the flight you can normally move the booking to another available slot or cancel and receive a refund of the amount paid for the service not provided. With 72 hours or less to go, 100% cancellation applies with no refund; we may exceptionally allow a reschedule only as a goodwill gesture depending on operational capacity.

We operate several aircraft types depending on group size and operations. The specific aircraft is shown after you pick a slot and in your booking confirmation — we do not list registrations on the public site.
